How are photographs printed?

I use a professional photo lab to print on premium archival photographic paper that is rated to last over 100 years.

How are photos shipped?

Prints are shipped from a professional photo lab in the USA. The economy shipping method takes 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $25.

What if my photo arrives damaged?

Please contact us to inform us of the damage. I will issue a refund or you can get the same photograph in the same size free of charge. In some cases, a photograph of the damage will be necessary.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of printing photographs I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. 

 

However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement.

What is the depth of canvas wraps?

All canvas wraps are 1.5" in depth. Please contact me for additional options.

Are hangers included with canvas wraps?

Yes. A sawtooth hanger comes installed with every canvas wrap! Contact me for wire or other options.

Can I request a custom size or other upgrade?

Yes! Please do. There are many sizes available other than those listed. There are also many different mounting and paper options available. Please contact me for pricing!

What about the watermarks?

Watermarks on the image will be removed prior to printing!
